Discover the Beautifull Imlil valley and its sourounding berber villages , enjoy few hours hike through the villages with mint tea stop in local family house, Visit the waterfalls and lunch in local family house . Depart from Marrakech woth pick up from your hotel drive along the Righaya valley enjoying the beautifull views via Moulay brahim gorges , Visit Asni Market ( saturday) with an optional visit to Women cooperative in Tahnaout. Arrive To the Little Chamonix of the Atlas Mountain Imlil where you start good hike through te villages of Arghen , Mzzik where local family invites you for tea and nuts , Continue to the waterfalls enjoying Mount Toubkal view and learning about local culture and Tradition. Continue the hike through fields of Walnuts, and terasses to get to the village of Ait souka where you have delicous lunch prepared by local family facing the Fabulous Atlas Mountain chain . After lunch return passing by imlil village and meet the transport to go back to Marrakech .

How old do I need to be – are there any age restrictions? We recommend the minimum age for this adventure is 5 years old with parental supervision depending on their health and ability. Please feel free to get in touch and discuss further.
Will it be too tiring for the children?The longest you will be on your feet for is 1.5 hrs. If this becomes too much for your children, then there will be mules on hand for a couple to ride back to the accommodation – please contact us to discuss further.
Do I need to arrange my own flights?Yes, everything required for the excursion is included except international flights. You will be collected early on the morning by our transport and taken to the first meet up location. You will also be taken back to the Medina following the excursion.
What equipment do I need?Appropriate clothing and footwear suitable for hiking in temperatures from -2C to +19C in winter, +12 to +30 in summer and you can expect -15 on summit days with windchill.
Am I fit enough?Most short treks can include around up to 3.5-hour treks at a time. There will be many breaks and stops and at times, you may walk through villages that may give you an opportunity to purchase refreshments.
